Nourish Yourself with our Heart-Centered Massage

Nourish Yourself with our Heart-Centered Massage

Rachel has created the most transformative massage experience we’ve ever had the pleasure of offering.

Using pure organic rose oil from www.thymeafterthyme.org, your full body massage is geared to soothe, heal and rejuvenate the heart center.  This full body massage showcases her extensive training and combines all her favorite modalities:

💐Chakra balancing with crystals

💐Cooling rose quartz facial rollers to reduce facial puffiness,

💐Gentle to deep tissue techniques for stressed shoulders

💐Myofascial techniques for neck tension.

💐Cupping and hot stones to get ease tense achy muscles.

💐Scalp massage with Jojoba Oil infused with essential sweet orange oil.

This restorative massage opens the diaphragm, gently releasing deeply held tension.

Rachel creates a magical environment: Rose oil permeates in the air, the body’s traffic jams sort themselves out, knots unfurl, and tension softens. Body and soul relax, by breathing in synchronicity with in itself. Nothing can convince the heart that there is good in the world, like the feeling of ending ones 75-minute massage with hot towels on the feet.

And finally, she’ll gift you silk pouch containing a sample of CBD bath powder and a rose quartz.

I have been going to Cara Frank for over 4 years and she has basically been my primary care doctor, keeping my health strong through huge life changes, curing my chronic sinus infections and allergies specifically, but really keeping my whole system in good shape. Cara is an expert in the field, an absolutely wonderful doctor, funny, down-to-earth, and caring friend to her patients. There is no woo-woo or weird stuff to worry about here. I HIGHLY recommend her practice (also Tansy Briggs who is excellent). My husband was a big skeptic, but after seeing my health flourish even during really stressful times, even he began to see Cara for accupuncture and herbs, and is equally impressed and grateful. I’ve been to both practices: one in center city, and the new one on Gray’s Ferry — both terrific!
