Results can be seen with one treatment, but three or more treatments are advised to determine the effectiveness. Any changes within 1 to 3 days following treatment can be directly attributed to Acupuncture provided that there have been no other types of treatments.

Thanks so much for providing me with such great care this morning! About 30 minutes after I got to work, the headache lifted nearly completely and I was able to go about my day.
I really appreciate all of your expertise and your willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that your treatment is maximally effective.
It is unfortunately rare nowadays to find a health care practitioner as dedicated and knowledgeable as you, and I am so grateful to have found you.

I first came to see Cara because she was highly recommended for her expertise in Chinese herbs. I was in need of a “body charge” for my autoimmune system and didn’t want the traditional medical approaches that had helped to get me in the condition I was in. Boy, did I get a REAL body charge when she combined her knowledge of herbs with acupuncture! When my session is complete, I often joke that I feel drunk.
The truth is, my body feels completely relaxed and refreshed, my mind peaceful. Cara is amazing- she has helped me tremendously with my myriad of medical issues.

Well, where to start. I found Cara via a circuitous route of desperate calls and failed visits to Chinese ‘professionals’ to complement my traditional medicine. I’d been to Chinese doctors who, though I’m certain ‘knew their business’, were unable to extend a personal and caring element that I immediately felt when I contacted Cara.
I knew as soon as I spoke to her on the phone, and spent a full 1/2 hour telling her of the myriad of coexistent problems I was experiencing. Though initially I contacted her for womens’ health issues and simple gallstones, eventually, I ended up with very serious health concerns that she was able to assist with as well. She weaves her natural approach to care with a solid awareness of traditional approaches, and – on the rare occasion when purely natural approach is not sufficient on its own – will recommend a solid combined approach.
She is not focused solely on her own type of care, if a combination of several ends up helping her patient. It’s not even a question as to whether I would recommend her. I’ve done so repeatedly in the more than 10 years I’ve known her!
Pros: visits are like a 4year old to the cookie jar – comfortable warm surroundings, with goodie benefits

I found Cara four years ago when I was seven months pregnant with twins and looking for a practioner to help me avoid a C-section. No no one would see me–until I called Cara. I see her still, only now I’m recovering from cancer.
Now as then, she helps me help myself. She provides truly person-centered care, taking the time to listen and respond. The new office is warm and relaxing and the herbs are awesome. I would follow her anywhere–she is the best.
Pros: ambience, quality of service, free parking (street)

I went to see Cara with so many problems. I was having women issues, GI stomach problems, recovering from a Mercury Detox and just an overall feeling of BLAH. Cara brought me back to health with herbs and accupuncture. After getting healthy, I became pregnant and went back to her because I was a day late and fearful of getting induced.
She naturally induced me and that night I gave birth. I have also had Cara do NAET on both my baby and myself. We both had soy allergies and today, I drink soy milk. Before when I would drink soy milk, the baby would get cradle cap but now..he has no reaction after I eat soy. I think she is great.
Pros: Cara listens and she thinks out of the box. The office is really relaxing. Cons: Parking is on the street but it is worth it.

I found Cara through a mutual friend and then soon realized how renowned she is. This is important because I can rely on her expertise. After all, I know nothing of herbs and acupuncture. She is warm, caring, and responsive.
For me, Cara is a life-saver. She has helped me emotionally and physically fight stage four colon cancer. Chemo and radiation has been easy for me and I truly believe it has alot to do with being positive as well as the herbs Cara formulates, which are designed to give the exact results I have experienced. I would not trade her for any thing.
Pros: She is one of most important practitioners in herbology.

I went to Cara after seeing 3 different doctors and being very frustrated with their inability to figure out what was wrong with me. She took her time with me and seemed to really care about me. She was able to accurately figure out what was wrong and her acupuncture and herbal treatments were effective in treating my health issues. I highly recommend her, and I have recommended her to a number of my friends.
Pros: Pleasant office environment, Cara’s expertise is phenomenal

Having been a patient of Cara Frank’s for many years now, I cannot express what a caring and kind practitioner she is.I have many health challenges and Cara was the first to make me feel that these were in fact challenges that she and I would address together as a team.
She is meticulous, extemely thorough, and a wonderfully attentive listener. I have recommended Cara and Six Fishes to many of my friends and associates and will continue to do so.
Pros: Attentive, thorough, caring and extremly clean. Cons: occasionally parking is an issue
